1. Our plan is a very standard plan.

2. We do not offer a discount on the stock you buy in the plan.

3. We do not permit you to buy more shares under the plan and you can subscribe for only the amount of the dividend you receive.

5. Many brokerage houses do not participate in any dividend reinvestment plan. You should ask your broker if your brokerage company participates in our plan.

6. Many brokerage houses, especially the big ones, have their own version of a dividend reinvestment plan and it goes like this:

  • You elect to have your dividends reinvested.
  • When the dividend is received by the brokerage house, they use the money to buy additional shares in the open market.
  • The price they pay for the shares in the open market may be higher than the price you see quoted in the newspapers or on your computer screen.
  • The price at which they purchase the shares may have a brokerage fee included in the costs.
  • Please ask your broker to explain the dividend reinvestment plan utilized at your brokerage company.
